I entered the wrong delivery address — what do I do?

Please email us at lisamarcellaluxuryskincare@lisamarcellaluxuryskincare.com as soon as possible so we can update your shipping address. We can only make changes if your order has not yet been assigned a tracking number. Once your order has shipped, we are unfortunately unable to redirect or recover the package.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the personal nature of skincare products and strict sanitation standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. All sales are final.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us photos and a description of your concern at lisamarcellaluxuryskincare@lisamarcellaluxuryskincare.com and we will do our best to make it right.
